10:00 a.m. - Morning Service – we celebrated the Lord’s Supper every Sunday Morning (a children’s church is available for ages two years-3rd grade)
11:15 a.m. - Sunday School and Adult Discussion Group (classes for children)
5:00 p.m. - Evening Service
Wednesday
7:00 p.m. - Midweek Bible Study and Prayer Meeting (meeting in the Fellowship Hall)
Our Location
The church's physical address is 907 South Third Street, Lamar, Colorado. It is located on the corner of Third and Cedar Streets across from the Parkview Elementary School. Cedar Street is eight blocks south of downtown Lamar. Third Street is two blocks east of Main Street.
Our Pastor
Pastor Jeff Alexander is a native of Colorado. Holding a B.A. degree from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in Owatonna, Minnesota (1966), and a master’s degree from the Central Baptist Theological Seminary of Minneapolis, Minnesota (1972), Jeff has served as pastor and evangelist for over 30 years. He is married and has five children (all grown). Pastor Alexander came to Calvary Baptist Church in June of 1990.
